Job summary
TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead engineering excellence across two busy manufacturing sites in the automotive and coatings sectors. You will drive preventative maintenance, manage maintenance schedules, and support engineering projects while upholding Health and Safety standards.

Qualifications
- Experience leading maintenance across two sites.
- Strong preventative maintenance and reliability background.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing or coatings sector preferred.
- Health and Safety standards compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage maintenance activities across two operational sites
- Manage and improve preventative maintenance schedules and engineering processes
- Project manage engineering and maintenance improvement activities
- Fault find and maintain pumps, motors, impellers, pneumatic and fluid systems
- Support both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities
- Produce monthly reports relating to engineering objectives and site performance
- Ensure Health and Safety standards and procedures are consistently maintained
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements
- Support out:of:hours callouts and provide shift or holiday cover where required
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering function
