Job summary

Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a well-established process manufacturing organisation in West Thurrock. You will lead Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance teams and drive improvements in planning, reliability and performance, while managing contractors and spares.

This key site leadership role requires a strong background in process manufacturing or similar industrial environments, with a track record of developing

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Significant experience in process or heavy industrial environments.
• Proven leadership in maintenance or engineering management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance teams.
• Develop and motivate maintenance personnel through training, cross-training and effective job allocation.
• Improve maintenance planning and reliability improvement efforts.
• Manage third-party maintenance contractors and service providers.
