Job summary

E3 Recruitment seeks an experienced Engineering Maintenance Manager to lead engineering operations across two automated manufacturing facilities in the Sutton in Ashfield area. One site is established, the second under construction with a multi-million-pound capex programme on the same site.

You will own the maintenance strategy, drive TPM, implement CMMS, reduce downtime and improve OEE, while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification in mechanical or electrical discipline.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in heavy industrial, automated settings.
• Experience in TPM, asset care and proactive maintenance planning.
• Experience implementing or optimising CMMS.
• Track record reducing reactive maintenance and improving reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams across two facilities.
• Own site maintenance strategy and performance.
• Manage and control maintenance budget.
• Support installation and ramp-up of the new facility.
• Implement CMMS as core control and reporting tool.
• Develop structured maintenance plans.
• Drive reliability improvement and reduce downtime.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance.
