Job summary
Ashby Finance Ltd in Oldbury is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across two sites within the automotive and coatings sectors. You will drive preventative maintenance strategies, support projects, and ensure high equipment reliability while upholding Health & Safety standards.
The role involves coordinating with production, delivering monthly performance reports, and providing out-of-hours support when required.
Qualifications
- Experience leading maintenance across two sites in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in preventative maintenance and engineering projects.
- Proven ability to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency.
- Compliant with Health & Safety regulations and site standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance activities across two operational sites.
- Improve preventative maintenance schedules and processes.
- Manage engineering and maintenance improvement projects.
- Fault find and maintain pumps, motors and fluid/pneumatic systems.
- Support both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
- Produce monthly reports on engineering objectives and site performance.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support production needs.
- Provide out-of-hours cover when required.
- Drive continuous improvement across the engineering function.
