Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across two busy sites in Oldbury. The role focuses on reliability, efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in a dual-site manufacturing environment.

You will spearhead preventive maintenance strategies, support engineering projects, and ensure Health and Safety standards across the operation. The position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and procedures.
• Project management of engineering and maintenance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities across two sites.
• Improve preventative maintenance schedules and processes.
• Manage engineering and maintenance improvement projects.
• Fault-find and maintain pumps, motors, impellers, pneumatic and fluid systems.
• Support mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
• Produce monthly reports on objectives and site performance.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are followed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet production needs.
• Support out-of-hours callouts and shift coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement across the engineering function.
