CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a landmark building in North West London. The role focuses on leading an engineering team, ensuring high standards of electrical and building services maintenance, and coordinating with senior management.

The ideal candidate will hold recognised electrical qualifications, have substantial experience in hard services and contract management, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills within a large estate environment.

Competenze

• Recognised apprenticeship and fully electrical qualification to recognised level (e.g., C&G, HNC/HND).
• Proven background in hard services maintenance.
• Experience of managing contractors.
• Experience working in large estate environments.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Control of electrical services and management of engineering contracts.
• Manage all statutory compliance for the site.
• Oversee building services, infrastructure, maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with building refurbishment project management.
• Ensure plant, back-up and monitoring systems are tested and operational.
