Kew Green Hotels in the UK is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our hotel maintenance across all guest and back-of-house areas. You'll manage a small team and external contractors to keep the property safe, compliant and fully operational, delivering reliable service for guests and colleagues.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to planning preventive maintenance, budgeting, and reporting.
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activity across the hotel. From day-to-day repairs to long-term projects, you'll ensure the property is well maintained, compliant and fully operational, creating a seamless experience for guests and colleagues alike.
You'll take full ownership of the maintenance function, leading your team and managing contractors to deliver high standards, strong performance and long-term asset value.
This role reports to the Hotel Manager.
