Kew Green Hotels in Brighton is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead hotel maintenance across the property, ensuring safety, compliance and a seamless guest experience.
You will direct the maintenance team, manage contractors, plan preventative programmes and control budgets to protect asset value while delivering high standards across all areas of the hotel.
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activity across the hotel. From day-to-day repairs to long-term projects, you'll ensure the property is well maintained, compliant and fully operational, creating a seamless experience for guests and colleagues alike.
You'll take full ownership of the maintenance function, leading your team and managing contractors to deliver high standards, strong performance and long-term asset value.
This role reports to the Hotel Manager.
