Maintenance Manager

My client is looking for a Maintenance Manager with proven experience in facilities management, preferably within a hotel or similar quality operation. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of building management/engineering and hold a qualification in an engineering field.

Responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the General Manager
• Managing a team of three
• Overseeing all maintenance issues within the hotel
• Performing maintenance checks
• Leading the engineering team to deliver an excellent guest experience
• Managing renovation projects, developing emergency programs, and handling special projects as assigned

Working hours: Currently 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts from 7 am to 7 pm.
