We're working on behalf of a well-established and highly respected UK food manufacturer based near Lincoln. What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in a FMCG or manufacturing environment
• Skilled in managing engineering budgets and maintenance schedules
• Familiarity with CMMS systems
• IOSH qualified (NEBOSH desirable)
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong RCA/report writing experience
• Qualified to a high standard in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 3 years in a management-level role
