About Our Client

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of the Association's Homes Strategy, ensuring alignment with business plan values, success factors, and objectives.
• Identify and implement a strategic approach to stock condition, asset data management, returns on investment, and investment planning (planned maintenance).
• Support management of development schemes and oversee the performance of professional partners in delivering new developments.

The Successful Applicant:

• Experience in implementing business and strategic plans and delivering results.
• Experience managing stock condition data.
• Experience conducting return on investment asset appraisals.
• Experience managing construction and maintenance projects from concept to completion, including defects liability periods.
