Job Introduction

Landmarc Support Services, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team.

The Maintenance Manager will manage a team of Technicians, ensuring compliance across sites, workload scheduling, health & safety, compliance, and KPI management.

This role will be based at: Cameron Barracks, Inverness, Scotland, IV2 3XE

Travel required: This regional role covers multiple sites in the Highlands, requiring occasional travel within North Scotland. Expenses will be covered.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team, ensuring performance, attendance, and welfare standards.
  • Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Oversee and execute maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets legal and safety standards, including CDM, Building Regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth maintenance delivery.
  • Contractor & Budget Management: Manage contractors, evaluate quotes, and control budgets.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using IT and paper systems.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and estate management
  • Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of health & safety regulations (COSHH, CDM, risk assessments)
  • Experience working with contractors
  • Leadership and workforce planning skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Budget management skills
  • IT proficiency, especially Excel and CAFAM systems
  • Willingness to travel and participate in on-call rota
  • A full UK driving license is essential
