Job Description:

You will be responsible for:

• Following our Business Code of Conduct and acting with integrity and due diligence.
• Leading and supporting maintenance across multiple stores, developing safety initiatives and campaigns.
• Leading, engaging, and developing a diverse team of approximately 150 technicians, raising performance standards through regular meetings and development conversations.
• Taking ownership of personal and team development.
• Reviewing workload and capacity to ensure prioritization and efficiency.
• Ensuring financial control through analysis and judgment, managing budgets, headcount, overtime, parts, repairs, and capital.
• Delivering critical asset availability through operational reviews and diagnosing operational challenges.
• Supporting program and project creation, delivering plans from 3 months to 1 year with impact at 6 months.
• Achieving company KPIs and supporting improvements.
• Building effective relationships internally and externally.
• Ensuring compliance in audit activities.

You will need:

• Remote leadership of technical management teams.
• Experience in retail, facilities, or manufacturing maintenance management.
• People leadership and development skills.
• Experience in change management and implementing change programs.
• Technical and maintenance engineering understanding.
• Strong communication, partner management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Data analysis for decision-making.
• Experience in risk management, critical thinking, and delivering financial budgets.
• Ability to deliver service on a large scale.
