BOXPARK Ltd invites applications for a maintenance role focused on the upkeep of our vibrant venues. Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate maintenance activities, supervise a team, and ensure all shop fits and installations align with the company fit out guide.

• The general maintenance and upkeep of the venue
• Overseeing contractors ensuring logging of works is thoroughly documented
• Sign-off of shop fits and installations and ensuring the company fit out guide is implemented and executed correctly
• Maintaining the facilities infrastructure
• Supporting the General Manager in implementing Health and Safety systems
• Managing the Maintenance team to ensure that priorities are delivered

The role:

A skilled role suited to a tradesperson with experience across all disciplines and a passion for delivering excellence.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for:

• The general maintenance and upkeep of the venue
• Overseeing contractors ensuring logging of works is thoroughly documented
• Sign-off of shop fits and installations and ensuring the company fit out guide is implemented and executed correctly
• Maintaining the facilities infrastructure
• Supporting the General Manager in implementing Health and Safety systems
• Managing the Maintenance team to ensure that priorities are delivered
