Job summary

BOXPARK is seeking a skilled tradesperson for our Croydon venue to join a fast-growing group of sites. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee maintenance, supervise the maintenance team and ensure works are logged and compliant.

You will sign-off shop fits and installations, manage contractors, and maintain facilities infrastructure while supporting Health and Safety systems. Flexible hours including day, evening and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience across trades and maintenance.
• Ability to oversee contractors and document works.
• Experience with shop fits and installations.

Responsibilities

• The general maintenance and upkeep of the venue.
• Overseeing contractors ensuring logging of works is thoroughly documented.
• Sign-off of shop fits and installations and ensuring the company fit out guide is implemented and executed correctly.
• Maintaining the facilities infrastructure.
• Supporting the General Manager in implementing Health and Safety systems.
• Managing the Maintenance team to ensure that priorities are delivered.

The role:

A skilled role suited to a tradesperson with experience across all disciplines and a passion for delivering excellence.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for:

• The general maintenance and upkeep of the venue
• Overseeing contractors ensuring logging of works is thoroughly documented
• Sign-off of shop fits and installations and ensuring the company fit out guide is implemented and executed correctly
• Maintaining the facilities infrastructure
• Supporting the General Manager in implementing Health and Safety systems
• Managing the Maintenance team to ensure that priorities are delivered

Applicants must be flexible and able to commit to hours that include, daytime, evening and weekends.
