Job summary

BOXPARK is seeking a driven Bar Supervisor to lead a skilled team across our venues. You will champion outstanding service, manage stock, cellar, and orders, and mentor colleagues with a clear path to management at future sites.

Based in London, the role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, enforcing the Challenge 25 policy, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue. BOXPARK offers career progression and a supportive team environment.

The Role:

BOXPARK is seeking a driven and experienced Bar Supervisor eager to lead our skilled team and advance their career within our company. In this role, you will champion outstanding service standards, foster strong working relationships, and boost team engagement. You will also handle essential back-of-house operations, including stock management, cellar maintenance, and product ordering. Our goal is to mentor and prepare you to step into a management role at one of our future locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to foster and champion exceptional customer service across the team.
• Build and uphold strong, positive working relationships within your team.
• Develop shift plans and actively guide team performance throughout daily operations.
• Manage inventory levels and place stock orders aligned with scheduled stock takes.
• Enforce the Challenge 25 policy to ensure responsible alcohol service
• Maintain outstanding cleanliness and presentation standards across the venue
