BOXPARK is looking for highly dedicated and passionate Hosts to provide friendly and memorable customer experiences. The Host is often the first person customers see as they enter our site, who leads them to their table and ensures their glass is never half full.

Duties include greeting, seating and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is confident, sociable and patient, with the ability to make each guest feel special in all circumstances.

Job description

For 15 years we have been offering our famous EAT.DRINK.PLAY experience with unrivalled street food, bars, shops and entertainment all under one roof. Where else could you eat Greek gyros and catch a Harry Styles party all in one place? Or play shuffleboard, eat a Bao and watch Stormzy perform? No where!

In 2011 we created the world’s first pop-up dining and shopping destination in the heart of Shoreditch before opening venues in other iconic locations like Croydon, Wembley, Liverpool and Camden, then 2025 brought our new concepts PlayBox and BoxHall.

The Role:

Boxpark is looking for highly dedicated and passionate Hosts to provide friendly and memorable customer experiences. The Host is often the first person the customers sees as they enter our site, who leads them to their table and makes sure their glass is never half full. It's therefore important that they are confident, approachable, friendly and enjoy working with the public.

Duties include taking table service orders, greeting and seating customers, running drinks, and communicating daily events and promotions. Must perform well in fast-paced environment, with an ability to multi-task and follow directions.

The ideal candidate is confident, sociable and patient, with the ability to make each guest feel "special" in all circumstances.
