Job summary

Snozone in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead the upkeep and performance of its leisure venue. You will manage a multi-skilled team, ensuring electrical and mechanical systems run safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on guest experience.

Join a 7-days-a-week operation with rota-based weekend shifts, driving proactive maintenance, supplier management, and continuous improvements to keep the venue at peak performance.

Qualifications

• Must have electrical qualifications and a strong electrical background.
• Experience leading a maintenance team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Build an annual plan for preventative maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Perform daily facility inspections and fix guest-facing issues promptly.
• Manage suppliers and contractors within agreed terms.
• Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues with minimal guest disruption.
• Develop a PPM strategy to maintain service levels and control costs.
• Lead monthly team meetings and uphold Snozone People Guide.
