Job summary

CBRE Local UK is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to manage a maintenance team and approved sub-contractors delivering PPM and reactive maintenance in line with CBRE policies. You will ensure safety, update M5K with close notes, coordinate on-call rota, supervise subcontractors, and support onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach maintenance team and subcontractors.
• Maintain and update M5K for PPM, reactive, and ad hoc tasks.
• Manage on-call rota and site coverage.
• Inspect subcontractors' works and perform site/tool audits.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate onboarding for new starts (uniforms, payroll, induction).
