Job summary

ATG Entertainment in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to lead the maintenance team within our venue. You will oversee a small casual staff, manage day-to-day maintenance and ensure facilities meet high standards of safety and presentation.

Reporting to the Technical & Building Manager, you will programme the Building Management System, supervise contractors, maintain documentation, and uphold health, safety and compliance across the estate.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on maintenance experience across carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating.
• Experience in staff management and contractor supervision.
• Health and Safety management experience in a busy environment.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and plant maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Present the venue to the highest standards and ensure safety for staff and customers.
• Act as Duty Person and building keyholder; investigate alarm conditions.
• Plan, schedule and deliver preventative maintenance across building systems.
• Supervise contractors on site and manage day-to-day maintenance tasks.
• Configure and program the Building Management System.
• Source information and quotes for contractor work.
