Unique leadership opportunity! Bring energy, collaboration, and strategic thinking to this innovative Maintenance Leadership role. You will identify and drive improvement and preventative maintenance strategies, providing guidance, vision, and direction to a small, high-performing team of multi-site maintenance technicians who take pride in their work.
Based at our historic Wembley Facility, reporting to the Facilities and Services Manager, you will oversee property maintenance across Mercycare aged care and early learning facilities, including planning, scheduling, and the efficient deployment of resources and contractors.
This role promotes a team culture of collaboration, inclusion, and solution-focused thinking. You will support the wider property team by overseeing work requests, reporting, and data analysis for continuous improvement.
