Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting a Maintenance Improvement Leader to own equipment reliability and maintenance excellence within a critical production area. This hands-on role focuses on eliminating recurring failures, improving asset performance, and driving continuous improvement in a large-scale FMCG manufacturing environment, Monday to Friday days only.

You'll lead initiatives to reduce downtime, implement preventive maintenance strategies, coach operators, and ensure safety and audit

Qualifications

• Strong maintenance planning and scheduling experience.
• Proven success reducing downtime and improving reliability.
• Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in FMCG, food, chemical or related highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to TPM, IWS, Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.

Role Requirements & Experience: Maintenance Improvement Leader

• Strong maintenance planning and scheduling experience, leading a team of technicians and multi-skilled shift engineers around world class maintenance standards


• Proven success reducing downtime and improving reliability


• Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills


• Experience in FMCG, food, chemical or related highly regulated manufacturing environments


• Exposure to TPM, IWS, Lean or continuous improvement methodologies


• Strong stakeholder management and coaching capabilities


• Engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience, ideally apprentice trained or with HNC/HND/Degree
