Job summary

Gingerbread Family Support is seeking a full-time Maintenance Worker for Rothesay Court, Longton. You will manage maintenance tasks, repairs, groundskeeping, painting and decorating, and uphold health and safety standards at the site.

The role requires multi-tasking in a busy environment, a full driving licence, and the ability to work Monday to Friday across 37 hours. Salary is £28,088.86 per annum, with DBS checks and living wage commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, repair work, groundskeeping, painting and decorating, and health and safety at site.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Rothesay Court site and associated premises.
• Carry out maintenance, repair work, groundskeeping, painting and decorating as required.
• Monitor and ensure health and safety compliance across site.
• Work Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
