Job summary

Thomas Knyvett College in England is seeking a friendly, reliable site maintenance assistant to help keep our premises and grounds to a high standard. You will perform general site maintenance and use a range of tools; training provided.

The role is 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday on an alternating pattern, with safeguarding procedures in place. Benefits include an excellent pension scheme, cycle to work, and loyalty discounts; DBS checks will be required and evidence of right to work in the

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance tasks and health & safety awareness.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools and simple machinery.
• Willingness to drive a minibus if required.

Responsibilities

• General site maintenance across premises and grounds.
• Maintenance duties such as cleaning, refilling consumables, litter picking.
• Assist with painting, decorating and light plumbing as needed.
