Park Holidays UK is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee daily operations of the maintenance team across our parks. You will manage staff, budgets, health and safety, and liaise with external contractors to keep equipment and facilities in excellent condition.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to planning and safety compliance. Weekend and peak-time availability are expected as part of a flexible calendar.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance management in leisure or holiday parks.
• Strong team management, workload allocation and staff training.
• Hands-on maintenance skills: plumbing, carpentry and electrical work.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication with guests, staff and vendors.
• Budget management and cost control experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and peak times as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the maintenance team and park facilities.
• Plan, implement and monitor a proactive maintenance schedule.
• Manage budgets, resources and external contractor work.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the park.
• Coordinate movement of holiday homes with Sales Manager.
• Supervise siting activities and allocate workloads.
• Inspect facilities for safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure high-quality work.
• Monitor and coordinate repairs and upgrades of plant/equipment.
