Park Holidays UK is hiring a Maintenance Operative to uphold the park facilities and outdoor areas. You will perform routine upkeep, repairs across plumbing, carpentry and electrical tasks, and maintain accurate records.

A DBS check is required, and you must be flexible for weekends and holidays to support guest safety and high standards. You’ll work independently and with a team to keep buildings, parks, and gardens well-presented, safe, and welcoming for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance across multiple trades.
• Practical DIY skills for repairs and ongoing upkeep.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and safe work practices.
• Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and respond to requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks across the holiday park, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general DIY duties.
• Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure safe operation.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff to uphold service standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and ensure compliance with policies.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and quality expectations.
• Undertake gardening and landscaping tasks to keep outdoor areas inviting.
