Job summary

Adient plc in Liverpool seeks an experienced maintenance leader to oversee all site maintenance and facilities activities. You will manage preventive and corrective programmes, drive continuous improvement, and support capital projects while ensuring health, safety, and regulatory standards are met.

The role requires a degree or equivalent in engineering and a strong track record in TPM, CMMS, and contractor management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplined maintenance teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven track record of delivering maintenance to KPIs and cost targets.
• Experience with contractor management and health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across the site.
• Oversee plant safety, security, and service agreements; manage shutdowns and spares strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean principles and 5S to reduce downtime and costs.
• Work with senior leadership on capital projects and equipment upgrades.
