Job summary

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to install, repair and respond to breakdowns, while ensuring safety, compliance and lean manufacturing practices.

You will coordinate plant safety, security and service agreements, manage shutdowns, and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and collaboration with the Operations Team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities for machinery and equipment, including installation, repair and breakdown response
• Maintain facilities such as plant security, safety and service agreements
• Direct multidisciplinary maintenance teams (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic) and ensure training and competence
• Understand and report KPIs as part of Operations Team, support plant/system changes
• Deliver a Plant Maintenance Strategy and Plan aligned with best practices and JIT requirements
• Ensure Safe Standard of Work (SSOW) for all planned tasks and coordinate shutdown plans
• Manage spares strategy and resource planning to balance skills for production
• Coordinate statutory maintenance routines to ensure compliance and lean manufacturing practices
