Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong communicator and people leader, able to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in a process manufacturing environment, including maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventative maintenance planning and support equipment reliability improvements.
• Manage, coach, and develop the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with site SHE standards and health and safety legislation.
