Genuit Group plc in the UK seeks an Engineering Team Leader to maintain plant equipment, lead a first-line engineering team, and drive continuous improvement. You will allocate resources for reactive work, ensure safety, and communicate with stakeholders to meet KPIs.

You will manage preventive maintenance, supervise documentation, and mentor apprentices while delivering timely reports and leading safety practices on site.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background.
• Experience in a highly automated and fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience of a CMMS system.
• Writing and amending TPM routines.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communicator.
• Ability to motivate and lead.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
• Ability to liaise well with others and delegate tasks.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day maintenance and repair activities to help achieve site KPIs.
• Prioritise workload and respond quickly to urgent issues.
• Identify skills gaps within the team and support development to improve performance.
• Promote continuous improvement to introduce better working practices.
• Communicate with internal and external departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safe operation of plant and equipment and uphold safety practices.
• Support preventive maintenance, reactive work orders, and spare parts management.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly written reports.
• Oversee team management including records, safety documentation, and shift handovers.
