Job summary
Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer in the United Kingdom to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient operation of site facilities. The role runs Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm with an on‑call rota.

Qualifications
- Instrumentation qualification – Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
- 4–5 years' supervisory maintenance experience.
- Experience in oil & gas or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting the Maintenance Team
- Planning and prioritising routine and corrective maintenance
- Supporting contractors, shutdowns and project work
- Ensuring Health & Safety and compliance standards are maintained
- Identifying opportunities for plant improvement
- Ensuring maintenance systems and documentation are kept up to date
- Taking responsibility for day-to-day maintenance performance
