Salary: Up to £57,000 per annum

Location: Essex

Join our client's growing team, specializing in fast-moving goods. We are seeking a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to lead and coordinate their maintenance team in a hands-on role. This position involves overseeing facility upkeep, optimizing equipment reliability, managing projects, and controlling costs through continuous improvement and data analysis.

As a key player in our engineering and operations teams, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost control.

What we require from you:
