Yolk Recruitment in Monmouth is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee maintenance operations on a fast-paced production site. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, plan preventive maintenance, and drive improvements across equipment and facilities to ensure reliable performance.

This role also involves budgeting, CMMS oversight, safety and regulatory compliance, and collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Manager in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS and data analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Familiarity with safety, quality and environmental regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering department across a fast-paced production site.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for all production equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment and process performance.
• Develop and implement capital projects, including equipment installation and upgrades.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with safety, quality and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage the engineering department budget including capex and expenses.
• Implement and maintain CMMS and analyze data for improvements.
• Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the site.
