Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a maintenance engineer/team leader or manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Confidence to develop and deliver training material.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and coach.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and development of both apprentice and experienced maintenance engineers.
• Deliver training aligned to the needs of five manufacturing shops.
• Equip engineers with the capability required for a fast-paced production environment.

Skills

Education

Recognised level 3 engineering qualification (NVQ or equivalent)
