Job summary
Pinnacle Group is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our Total FM delivering a professional, compliance-led facilities management coordination service at the University of Staffordshire (USSV).
You will join the Total FM team based in Stoke-on-Trent, performing PPM tasks, plumbing repairs and HVAC maintenance while conducting safety checks and coordinating with school staff, site managers and FM teams.
Qualifications
- Proven plumbing and decorating skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Experience in similar maintenance roles.
Responsibilities
- Redecoration works.
- Building fabric repairs.
- Lock changes.
- Filter changes.
- Assist with electrical work.
- Minor plumbing work.
- Move furniture and equipment.
- Tiling work.
- Gutter clearing.
- Supervise Sub-contractors for safe practices.
- Carry out safety checks and preventative maintenance.
