Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking a PPM Engineer for a permanent mobile role across Manchester and the surrounding area. You will perform planned maintenance, basic HVAC tasks, water hygiene checks and report remedial works. A full UK driving licence is required to operate across sites.

Offering a salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus company van and fuel card, this role includes 20 days holiday, training, progression opportunities and regular team events.

Qualifications

Previous FM, PPM or building maintenance experience.
Good general knowledge of building services.
Basic HVAC knowledge.
Water hygiene / Legionella experience beneficial.
Emergency lighting experience beneficial.
General M&E knowledge.
Good practical maintenance skills.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM).

The Role

What We're Looking For

You should ideally have:

Previous FM, PPM or building maintenance experience
