Job summary

Coventry University Group seeks a Senior Plumbing & Heating Maintenance Technician to deliver high-quality maintenance across our estate. You will perform reactive repairs, planned preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and installation works to keep plumbing, heating, ventilation and related systems safe, reliable and compliant.

You will lead on complex faults across campus buildings, halls of residence, and regional sites, supervise apprentices, and help coordinate Building Management System

Qualifications

City & Guilds qualifications in plumbing, heating, or ventilation.
Experience with heating, ventilation, cold water, hot water and pressure systems.
Understanding of current health and safety legislation; ACS qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair plumbing, heating, ventilation and mechanical systems across campus.
Lead on diagnosing and resolving complex faults; supervise apprentices and colleagues.
Support BMS fault investigations and liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
Travel to regional campuses as required and participate in out-of-hours call-out rota.
