Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Peterborough to recruit a Maintenance Engineer. You will join a collaborative engineering team, focusing on site operations and keeping machinery running smoothly.

The role covers a mix of planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns in a fast-paced production environment, with 4 on 4 off days and an average 36-hour week. A Level 3+ engineering qualification and 5+ years’ manufacturing experience are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Level 3 or higher qualification in an engineering discipline.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Multi-skilled (mechanical or electrical bias).
• FMCG experience is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns to keep machinery running smoothly.
• Support site operations and contribute to a fast-paced production environment.
• Work as part of a collaborative engineering team reporting to the Engineering Manager or Shift Lead.

You’ll be part of a collaborative engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Manager or Shift Lead, and working on a mix of planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Need:
