Job summary

Hunter Selection is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a site in Attleborough. The role is 4 on 4 off days with a salary up to £56,000, offering progression and extensive training. You will work on PPMs and breakdowns on on-site manufacturing machinery within a collaborative engineer team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, electrical qualifications, and a strong team ethic with a view to long-term development into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• A level 3 or higher in an engineering discipline.
• Electrical experience/certificates.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out PPMs and breakdown maintenance on manufacturing machinery on site.
• Engage in small project/improvement works as part of the team.
• Work under the Engineering Manager or shift lead and support skill development.

We are working with a market leading manufacturing company based in Attleborough who are looking for additional engineers to join their growing site.

The main roles and responsibilities will be working on PPMs and breakdowns on manufacturing machinery on site, alongside small project /improvement works.

You’ll be working in a team of engineers reporting into the Engineering Manager or shift lead. As a business they are looking to employ cadidates who aspire to develop and progress themselves whether that’s skillset development or leadership progression - this will be supported internally.

If you have experience within a FMCG Environment, are multi skilled (with an electrical bias ideally) and are looking for a new challenge with a progressive company then please get in touch!
