Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting for Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers at a modern, highly automated production facility in Skelmersdale. You’ll join an established engineering team and contribute to keeping production running through hands-on maintenance and proactive fixes.

The role offers a competitive salary, a shift pattern with day and night Panama shifts, and a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement across a state-of-the-art site.

Qualifications

• Time-served or apprenticeship-trained engineer.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / BTEC Level 3).
• ONC / HNC or similar further qualifications required.
• Ideally strong electrical skillset.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform both reactive and planned maintenance.
• Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities.
• Work closely with production to meet performance goals.
• Follow safety and repair best practices at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Be part of a collaborative, supportive engineering team with a strong culture of teamwork.

Shift Pattern:

• Panama Shifts - Days and Nights (12 hours) (3s & 2s) (2 weeks Days then 2 weeks Nights)
