Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment is assisting a market-leading food manufacturing company in Coventry to hire Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers. The role offers a competitive salary and a clear progression path in a modern, high-tech production environment.

You will deliver hands-on engineering support, perform reactive and planned maintenance, and maintain CMMS records while collaborating with production to hit daily targets.

Qualifications

• Time-served/apprenticeship-trained engineer required.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (C&G/NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred).
• Strong electrical skillset essential.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Positive, proactive mindset and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform reactive and planned maintenance on plant and equipment.
• Keep maintenance records up to date using our CMMS system.
• Work closely with production to meet daily performance goals.
• Follow safety and repair best practices at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Join a market leading food manufacturing company operating in a modern, high-tech production facility in Coventry. We're seeking Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a growing engineering team. Shift Pattern:

• 4 on 4 off Shifts - Days and Nights (12 hour) 06.30 - 18:30 and 18.30 - 06.30 (blocks of 4)

Key responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer:
