Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Nuneaton is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer for the night shift at a respected manufacturer known for mechatronics excellence and continuous improvement.

You will perform TPM-based maintenance, fault-find Siemens PLCs, cut downtime, and support improvement projects, with starting salary around £51,000 and overtime and a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Level 3 engineering qualification.
• Completion of an engineering apprenticeship.
• Experience with TPM and planned maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance per TPM schedules.
• Respond to and resolve breakdowns to keep production running.
• Use OEE data to drive uptime improvements.
• PLC fault finding (Siemens).
• Reduce downtime and support continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support to team and apprentices.
• Maintain machine equipment and organise spare parts stock.

• Reduce downtime of machinery and support continuous improvements
• Support machine and process improvement projects
• Conducting mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Provide technical advice and support to team members and apprentices
• Maintain machine equipment and organise spare parts stock effectively
• Adhere to company standards and policies including health & safety, quality, and compliance

Qualifications / Training required for this Maintenance Engineer:

• Level 3 qualifications in engineering
• Completion of an engineering apprenticeship
