Job summary

ASC Connections seeks a skilled Maintenance Engineer for a night shift at their Nuneaton site. You will perform planned TPM maintenance, diagnose and fix breakdowns, and drive uptime using OEE data. Siemens PLC fault finding, and supporting continuous improvements are key parts of the role.

Ideal candidates hold Level 3 engineering qualifications and have completed an engineering apprenticeship. Overtime is paid at a premium, with a bonus scheme available.

Qualifications

• Level 3 engineering qualifications are required.
• An engineering apprenticeship completed is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance activities in line with TPM schedules.
• Respond to and resolve breakdowns quickly to keep production running.
• Use OEE and downtime data to drive uptime improvements.
• PLC fault finding (Siemens).
• Reduce downtime of machinery and support continuous improvements.
• Support machine and process improvement projects.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Provide technical advice and support to team members and apprentices.
• Maintain machine equipment and organise spare parts stock effectively.
• Adhere to company standards and policies including health & safety, quality, and compliance.
