Page Personnel is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to perform planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on site machinery and infrastructure in Leicester. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, ensure high standards of reliability and safety, and maintain CMMS records.

The role supports a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights) with opportunities for development within a globally operating organisation.

Formación

• Minimum ~3 years' experience in manufacturing/production settings.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills.
• Experience with electrical circuits, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Self-motivated with ability to make decisions quickly.
• Understand safe engineering practices and risk communication.
• Ability to build relationships with Engineering and Production teams.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across site machinery and infrastructure.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement safe repairs.
• Ensure equipment and site infrastructure operate efficiently and to a high standard.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency and site performance.
• Maintain accurate PPM records and CMMS documentation.
• Occasionally travel to other Elis locations or training facilities.
