Job summary

BrewDog in Scotland is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the smooth operation of all plant and equipment within the facility. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while maximising production efficiency.

Working with engineering and production teams, you will maintain detailed records, support other sites as required, and participate in training to keep skills up to date in a fast-paced, safety-conscious

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 in Engineering or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Proven experience in a maintenance role within a fast-paced food and beverage or manufacturing environment.
• Experience interpreting technical documentation and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on site machinery and systems.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and site safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report to the Maintenance Delivery Manager.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimise operations.
• Stand in for Maintenance Delivery Manager as required.
