BrewDog PLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth operation of all plant and equipment at our Scottish facility. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain machinery while upholding site safety standards and quality processes.

You'll work closely with production and other engineering teams, interpret drawings, and keep thorough maintenance records. Willingness to work shifts and occasional standby is required; previous FMCG experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance in high-paced manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and automation issues.
• Familiarity with PLCs and control systems is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on site machinery and equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings and documentation for repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and safety policies.
• Collaborate with production and other engineering teams to ensure uptime.
• Assist with installation, commissioning and modification of equipment.
• Participate in training and development activities and keep skills up to date.
• Stand in for Maintenance Delivery Manager when required.
