Job summary

Escape is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support the efficient operation of our manufacturing assets on a shift basis. This role is commutable from Stirling, Falkirk, Livingston, and Glasgow.

You will carry out preventative maintenance, diagnose faults, analyse downtime and line performance, and maintain safety and hygiene standards on the production floor.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and recommend improvements.
• Diagnose faults and complete breakdown repairs quickly to minimise downtime.
• Analyse downtime, line efficiency and waste data to identify improvements.
• Work safely and maintain required factory hygiene standards.
• Complete maintenance records, reports and line log books.
• Use technical manuals and mechanical drawings to identify equipment and replacement parts.
• Support manufacturing teams and operate machinery where required.
