Job summary

BrewDog PLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of site equipment at our Hop Hub and surrounding facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support production teams to maximise uptime.

The role requires hands-on electrical, mechanical and automation troubleshooting, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 in Engineering required or equivalent.
• Proven maintenance experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and automation issues.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance activities: preventive and reactive work on site machinery.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ procedures and safety standards.
• Assist installation, commissioning and modification of equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and report to supervisor.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams; handovers at task end.
• Participate in training and development; flexibility for site coverage.
