Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a modern FMCG site in Bellshill. The role combines electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated lines, with fault-finding and planned preventative work to maximise uptime.

You will work a 4 on, 4 off days and nights shift pattern, applying hands-on electrical fault-finding and mechanical maintenance, with NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds and UK manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands-on maintenance including pre-planned, reactive and breakdown work in a fast-paced factory.
• Ability to work a 4 on, 4 off days and nights shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated production machinery.
• Fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Support production performance and uptime across the site.
