Job summary

Pioneer Selection is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a busy FMCG manufacturing site in Linton. The role focuses on attending breakdowns and executing planned maintenance across production machinery to maximise uptime.

You will work in a supportive team, with opportunities for training and development, and a competitive pension and life insurance benefits package. Candidates should have strong electrical/mechanical fault-finding skills and a recognised engineering qualification.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance engineering in FMCG or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong fault-finding in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with reactive and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with maintenance KPIs and CI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns and scheduled maintenance of production machinery.
• Drive maximum machine uptime and continuous improvement.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
• Support planned preventive maintenance schedules.
